★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle ligne de linge. Le magasin est propre et ordonné. Les cabines d'essayage sont grandes. Seul bémol, notre vendeur manquait un peu de professionnalisme. J'étais avec un ami pour achat de complet pour un mariage. Ne regarde pas vraiment les ajustements, ne m'aide pas à enfiler mon veston (il me le donne), aucune poigné de main à la fin malgré que nous avons beaucoup dépensé. De petits détails mais qui je trouve fond toute la différence d'une belle expérience d'achat.
Nice line of linen. The store is neat and tidy. The dressing rooms are large. Only downside, our salesperson lacked a little professionalism. I was with a friend to buy a suit for a wedding. Don't really look at the adjustments, don't help me put on my jacket (gives it to me), no handshake at the end despite the fact that we have spent a lot. Small details but which I find make all the difference to a great shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me suis présenté en magasin hier afin d'acheter de nouveaux tailleurs, chandails et pantalon pour mon travail. Ma belle-famille s'habillent chez RW&Co depuis plusieurs années et m'ont conseillé d'aller faire mes achats dans ce magasin. Je me suis présenté au magasin de Trois-Rivières il y a de cela un mois, j'avais vu de belles choses et hier j'ai voulu me présenter pour acheter. J'ai reçu un service à la clientele médiocre. J'ai voulu appeler le service à la clientèle de RW&Co mais je ne trouve pas le numéro. Je me suis fait juger sur mon poids alors que je suis dans mon poids santée et je me suis fait juger car je ne pouvais pas faire livrer chez moi. Je suis très déçue!!
I went to the store yesterday to buy new suits, sweaters and pants for my work. My in-laws have been dressing at RW&Co for several years and advised me to shop at this store. I went to the store in Trois-Rivières a month ago, I had seen some great things and yesterday I wanted to go to buy. I received poor customer service. I wanted to call RW&Co customer service but I can't find the number. I got judged on my weight when I'm in my healthy weight and I got judged because I couldn't have it delivered to my house. I'm so disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the look of their merchandise at a fair price but I noticed that it's affordable because it's fabrics are cheaper than good clothing stores. Most of what I bought there is either loosing it's color or shrinking too much. After a bit more than a year I don't want to wear most of what I bought a year before... You better send all your clothes to dry cleaning or wash by hand if you want to keep it nice. Most of the clothes actually states it should be washed by hands. Who does that today? I have no time for that. Compare the thickness of a good suit in an expensive store to one there and you'll notice the difference. If you like to buy clothes every year than it's your place. My preference is to buy good quality long lasting clothes that I won't be afraid of wearing without tearing it.
