J’ai acheté une sacoche pour homme en cuir à $180 en mai 2018 et suite à une déchirure, j’ai essayé de faire valoir la garantie d’un an (bien que la gérante lors de l’achat m’avait affirmé que ça durerait toute une vie). Surprise : non, ce n’est pas garantie et je dois revenir chercher mon sac brisé, En attendant, j’ai entendu la même gérante affirmer la même chose: « Ça va vous durer à vie » a une autre cliente. J’ai manifesté ma déception et que jamais je ne rachèterai chez eux... bien que nous avons, mon épouse et moi, acheté plusieurs items à cette même place. La gérante m’a alors dit qu’elle va appeler la sécurité car je l’avais menacé... Menace de quoi, dites-moi ? Elle n’a pu rien e répondre sinon de me dire que je l’ai menace de ne plus acheter chez eux... WoW !!!! Toute une menace...

 Rotten service and no warranty honored. I bought a leather men's satchel for $ 180 in May 2018 and following a tear I tried to claim the one year warranty (although the manager at the time of purchase told me that it was would last a lifetime). Surprise: no, it's not guaranteed and I have to come back and get my broken bag. Meanwhile, I heard the same manager say the same thing: "This will last you a lifetime" to another client. I expressed my disappointment and that I will never buy from them ... although we, my wife and I, bought several items from this same place. The manager then told me that she was going to call security because I had threatened her ... Threat of what, tell me? She couldn't answer anything but tell me that I threatened to stop buying from them ... WoW !!!! Quite a threat ...

ROTTEN SERVICE, RIDICULAR GUARANTEE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
