★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I specifically called the store after placing my order and asked for the pizzas to be cooked well done as I know Pizza Hut can usually be softer than other pizza chains. When the order was delivered it was incredibly soggy, even more so than normal. I've never felt the need to write an order about pizza but after spending $70 on 3 pizzas I would have expected them to be edible and not wet! Super disappointing. Absolutely stay away from this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager or whatever do you call him/her must hire someone who can deliver and drive safe. Twice we ordered pizza from this store and also twice that left two vehicles damaged. Well, drivers did not run and obviously affraid as they are student and do not want to jacked up their auto insurance. First was noon, and the other was night. This was a serious matter that you guys needs to fix. I guess it’s not us only, there are more customers.
PS. Check your delivery driver’s license or get his background in terms of driving. People would have to go on collision centre taking off the job a day just to do all this auto insurance things. Good thing if they got paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually offers your standard Pizza Hut quality, although my last order, a design your own pizza, was burnt in places and tasted off. What irritates me is the delivery driver always calls about 5 minutes out and asks me to come to the apartment lobby. I always tip well, so use the provided buzzer code and take it up to my door already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow delivery service when ordering online. Delivery times and driver location are not accurate on web page. After 15 minutes late I phoned in, they said 5 minutes away, ended up being 15. 30 minute delivery ends up taking 60+ minutes. Food arrived completely cold. Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered the pizza online. My husband went to pick up the pizza.When I opened the box, I was shocked the see that the bread part at the end is bigger then the actual toppings area. I was able to count the pineapples. There were only 7 pineapples in Medium pizza. It was not fully cooked. I was hungry from morning. I didn’t except this kind of service from Pizza Hut. I always order from Pizza Hut and this time I am very very very disappointed. When I called them to complain about this- the lady who picked up the call shamelessly says “I am sorry I know we didn’t make it well today”. When you knew you didn’t made it well you were supposed to make it again, what do you want me to do? Come back and fight with you? And get another one? Don’t you think we have a life and we get tired after whole days work and expect nice service for what we are paying for?
