★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered pizza and very rude front desk. It's a shame it's a one star but I hope this is a teachable moment. Ordered a pizza, waited, came in and checked and saw two pizzas waiting. No customers around and we had to medium pizzas. She said it's not ours. Came back after 5-10 minutes and she literally grabbed the same pizza boxes. They were so busy talking amongst each other didn't even care to check.
Came home to realize the order was wrong, along with the pizza being luke warm. We went back to have them remake another pizza.
Now I normally wouldn't write a bad review even with all of this but her behaviour (raise voiced and argued) results in this review. A manager had to intervene and fix the issue.
Its one thing to make a mistake but it's important to be accountable. Understand the issue, be pleasant and help solve the issue. We literally spent over 40 minutes waiting in a car for pizza and she's raising her voice? Doesn't make much sense.
I hope this review is shared with the team and there is an improvement. Im willing to change this review knowing their operations and how they treat people will change as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had it and will not be ordering from here anymore. The quality and service is sub par to say the least. Will have to go out and pick up from another location since that one doesn't deliver to my place. That's how bad this location is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm here (live) waiting on my pizza (got the plant based Campo in case y'all are wondering) and I gotta say the service here is fantastic.The young lady, Tabinda at the front is awesome!! I'm seeing the way shes handling other guests and its with genuine care..asking them how their day is, wishing them well, telling them to drive safe and she legit means it.You can tell they appreciate it too. So on behalf of all the guests you served today, THANK YOU to Tabinda for being an amazing employee !! Keep shining. You made my day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a large order (for my office) with this location of pizza nova via Uber Eats. They let us down big time - the order was canceled without even notifying me!!! I learned about the cancellation the very last moment when the pizza was not delivered and it was too late to reorder ((((
Will never again order from these guys!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very ignorant,,tried over charging me 20 plus dollars ..fights with what I ordered ..think I know what my family likes,,and then proceeds to give max attitude..been customer for over 15 years as I lived in house right beside. orders have been wrong in past also just not the complaining type..enough is enough already tho..only thing that saved her is the pizza maker coming to try to make things right as he seen me in there lots..on a side note it's the front counter that seems to need help!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried plant based nuggets and they were completely burnt and stiff, pretty much inedible. We only tried this place twice. The first time we ordered, we found hair in our pizza, (I noticed next time no hair nets used). I have no qualms about the people working there, they were nice enough, but we were very disappointed both times we ate there, for the price versus quality I wouldn't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my go-to spot for take-out pizza in the neighbourhood for some time. Not because the food is remarkable but it’s close and better than some of the other chains. But after what happened today, I don’t expect to return any time soon.
Placed an on-line order and picked it up. The pizza boxes were taped shut and I didn’t think to check the contents. When I opened the boxes at home I found a mess. Looks like someone dropped the order and didn’t want to own up. Totally ruined an anticipated fun family dinner.
Pizza Nova customer service was no help. Mistakes can happen but the truth is found in how people accept responsibility. No apology. I didn’t ask for anything but hoped for, at least, an acknowledgment or apology. Instead I was accused of lying. Who has time to try to scam a few dollars from a pizza joint? Is that how you feel about your customers? What a shame.
Sorry Pizza Nova, your product may be better than some chains but certainly not worth being disrespected.
There’s plenty of equally adequate pizza in the neighbourhood should I ever feel the urge for junk food again.
