Operational manager Mr. James is very good and understanding as well as their management. I will recommend this company to work with as they will give importance to each and every employee.

No one that works in the office has any education, they do not proof read things. They do not know how to spell or even how to structure a proper sentence. They take money from staff members! They do not investigation situations with staff members and get all of the information, they take the work of unreliable people. I am a resident who has to put up with this from one of their condos and I am seeing this unfold first hand. I am also seeing the company owner has enough time on his to reply to these reviews, SOMETHING IS VERY FISHY HERE!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY........ They are not an Acmo registered vendor, Acmo is the governing body for all GTA and Ontario condo corporations. This company is the BIGGEST fraud out!!!!!!!

Always respond and try her best to help guards doesn't matter what time it is. So far whole management is good but she is best. Comparing to other security companies, Meridian is the most responsive and most helpful

Pros: -Pay on time -Good management -Great sites (mostly accessible by TTC) -Not very naggy about unnecessary stuff -Lots of hours for those who need Cons: -Still looking ;)
