★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have subscribed to their home monitoring service for over 10 years. I have always found them to be prompt and courteous in any dealings I have had with customer service, billing, and technicians. Importantly though their monitoring team and programs are very good. I have triggered the system or system failures and they have always called to check in or to provide input. They ask twice if I'm ok! That comforted me in case we were ever in a situation. When a "contact" fell off in the house and triggered alarm, I was not home, they sent someone right away. I would highly recommend safetech. Reasonable and competitive prices and great monitoring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had very good service from sales, installation and monitoring departments. In our previous home, worked with Sam for the installation of a DSC security system and cctv cameras and was very pleased with the services provided. After we moved into our current home, we took over the existing contract which was with a competitor, we were not pleased with the service they provided and switched back to Safetech when the contract expired.
I've worked with Peter for this switch over, and again was very please with his support response and knowledge of the systems.
The technician, also named Peter is highly skilled, professional friendly and had the switch over completed in a very short time without any issues.
Safetech technical support was always available to answer any questions and the monitoring station was very responsive to alarms even though some were triggered in error.
Based on our experience with them, I would not hesitate to recommend Safetech for your security needs

The response time from the monitoring centre is super fast and friendly and willing to help when there’s a problem. You can’t go wrong they have a great Customer Service and YES, I would recommend them to friend and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We switched over to Safe Tech about 8 years . From the initial sales call "meet and greet" to the present time, we have had a great relationship with every person we have had to speak. It may have been a battery issue or a panel issue or trying to keep the ever changing list of contacts updated, and without exception -every staff member has been friendly and very efficient. Our only wish is that we could have made the move earlier.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through the system and educated us about home security in general. He helped us install the app on our phones and explained everything in detail, not being smart home savvy, I am very appreciative of all their guidance. The install itself was straight forward and they cleaned up whatever mess they made. I would highly recommend this company to everyone seeking a sound security system for their home. The staffing and products are both amazing.

Within a few days I had a keyless entry system and camera with voice doorbell. Always a pleasure dealing with the SafeTech team.
