โ โ โ โ โ Don't even bother ordering for delivery. I ordered my pizza at 3:30pm and it didn't arrive until 4:45pm when the promise time was 4:05pm.
Pizza Hut customer service ran me around on the phone and the store made no effort to contact me about the situation or provide any restitution.
I prefer Pizza Hut, but this has me questioning if I should just take my business elsewhere from now on...

โ โ โ โ โ Welp, ordered a personal pan pizza and asked for it to be well down. I find if I don't do this, the pizza is saucy; wet. Come to pick up pizza, bite into it and realize my request was not honored.
I go back in the store and tell them about my experience and if they can put the pizza back in the oven. The "manager," I think, said she can't and must make a new one to meet my need. I told her I am really hungry and don't want to wait another 10 minutes.
I said you can make me finish the pizza that was undercooked while I wait. She said no, they don't allow people to keep the food (Isn't it Covid...?).
Ok, then reimburse me...She didn't want to do that either.
Well, I felt this situation was not handled in the best manner and this store needs to work on their Customer Service and listen better. This is the Keele and Shephard location.

โ โ โ โ โ Do not ever think of working here , one of the most cheapest place to work and same time high revenue generating Franchises. The funny thing is as a customer you pay delivery charges transaction charges too and still the one of the most lower income wages to the employees

โ โ โ โ โ Pizza Hut has the absolute worst online experience. I placed an online order for delivery. I received an email that it would be delivered and never received the order. I have hungry children. When I called customer service they were of no help. They cannot access online orders so they could not tell if it even went through. Please do not waste your time and order from a place that cares about their customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Disgusting employees who donโt care about the concerns of their customers, have no time management or organizational skills and make up excuses when they get their orders wrong. The store manager isnโt qualified to run this location. Go somewhere else to eat.

โ โ โ โ โ While the pan pizza distinctive to this store is preferable to many locations near it, the recent price hikes in this franchise have negated any leverage it holds over other pizza joints. What especially peeves me as a customer concerning Pizza Hut's egregiously priced options is that rather than the excess money going towards front-end employees such as delivery drivers, cashiers, and cooks, this price increase is no more than a ploy to maximize revenue gains at the apex of a bloated corporate structure. During a pandemic, I find such practices absolutely disgusting and I cannot see myself ordering from here in the future---though I must admit other issues specific to this establishment have influenced my choice as well, apropos of hostile or indifferent workers and inconsistent food quality.

โ โ โ โ โ The pizza was absolutely delicious and all of the toppings were fresh. Pizza hut is one of my favorite places to order pizza. The staff at this location however took almost an hour to prepare my pizza and that's all I ordered. One of the employees was putting a screen protector on his phone... not very appropriate considering the fact that there were customers waiting for their orders.
