โ โ โ โ โ Gotta admit it honestly, I have a big issue with dentist's through my own personal experiences. With that being said, today was my first time going to this Dental office and I'll definitely be going back. They were all very nice, clean & professional. Thank-You???

โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I had a very bad experience with this unprofessional office. First, they rescheduled an appointment, in which the office was closed the day of. They failed to notify us patients. They also waited until the last couple days of my insurance expiration to tell us that they will not preform the scheduled service. I went into the office to clarify the situation, where the doctor refused to talk to me even though she was available. After being so unprofessional and inconsiderate, I got a call from the receptionist pretending that it was an appointment confirmation, in which i notified I cannot come due to catching COVID. She then continues to say thay they will serve me with a letter stating they will no longer take us on as patients. What doctor calls to tell a patient that? This is not a law firm. I am very disappointed with both the doctor and office as a whole. Avoid Dr. Christine. They will be nice to you at the beginning, it's all an act.

โ โ โ โ โ They wasted my time and just wanted my money! They kept booking me for x-ray and examinations when they already had one 6 months before. They also would book me but the office would be closed and they wouldnt notify me. When ever I was in the office i was always pressured to do x-ray and cleaning when it was not needed. I was one of their first patients and they always treated me well until they got recognition. Very disappointed, will not go back. Do not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been coming to smile dentistry a few years now and the entire staff exceeds my expectations every time I visit. They are punctual, courteous and HIGHLY skilled. My teeth require bonding and Iโve never seen it done so well in all the years Iโve visited various dentists in Toronto. I couldnโt recommend smile dentistry more. Thank you guys!! Xoxo

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, amazing Hygienists, fabulous Dentists & Assistants. But my issue is the billing. If your coverage is on file, they are privy to the allotment & limitations. They will schedule appointments knowing youโve either exceeded your yearly allotment or that the particular issue you may have is not covered & then hit you with payment. I understand the business of making money but they should be verifying prior to the appointment whether or not itโs covered. If itโs not, the patient can either come back when feasible or at least go into the appointment knowing that there will be a payment & how much not being surprised months later. Iโm so disappointed because I adore the team there but this literally put me in a bind & had to write about it. Word of caution: make it a habit of asking beforehand whether or not itโs covered and if so how much so youโre not caught off guard.

โ โ โ โ โ I strongly recommend this dentist office. The staffs are friendly and they do a fantastic job. One particular staff really stands out, the dental hygienist Marlene. She always brings a smile to my face and literally makes my brightens my smile with her superb teeth cleaning skills. Sheโs the best. Sheโs made my dentist appointments more enjoyable.

โ โ โ โ โ I would and have recommended this dentist office to anyone and everyone! I absolutely love it there! The receptionists are wonderful, they work around my work schedule and are always friendly and understanding. I have been late and had to reschedule appointments and they have always worked to fit everything in for me. I had a really amazing dentist before this who I had for probably 25 years, I had moved out of the city but literally used to make the 2 hour drive to continue going there until he retired and I was very sad. I went to a couple other dentists but wasnโt overly thrilled with them until coming here. Iโve also had to book emergency appointments, dr. Christine is adorable and so good at her job! Iโm so happy with how they treat me and their work. They also charge extremely competitive prices and are always willing to work with peoples insurance to make sure you are paying the least out of pocket as possible. Plus they gave me a complimentary whitening kit! I am actually moving across town but I will be making the trek here and stay with them for as long as I have teeth!
