Throughout my whole life I have been going to the dentist my parents go to but now that I moved it’s just too far for me. I was worried that it would be difficult for me to find a new dental clinic that I would love then I happened to stumble upon this one on google. I saw great reviews and called right away to book an appointment. When I went for my appointment, I entered the building and was instantly given a nice welcoming by the lady waiting by the elevator. She gave me a buzzer and told me to go to the 3rd floor. When I got up there, I was amazed. This clinic has a unique, warm and welcoming vibe. I was given a tour by the nice lady at the front. She showed me the whole floor. Never seen a dental clinic like this before. I had my appointment with Tammy and she was great. She was very informative and very caring about my situation. She always asked me if I was comfortable or if I was in pain. I would definitely recommend this to someone who’s looking for a dental clinic. It was a great experience thus far.

R	Rosie Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t go anywhere else. I have the best dental hygienist. Her name is Mahsa (highly recommend her!) She is so kind and you can see the effort she puts into her patients. It’s no wonder they always come back. She’s so gentle and provides the best feedback. Mahsa makes sure my teeth gets cleaned and that any issues I have with my teeth get resolved right away. I don’t think I could go to anyone else at this point. I’m glad she made it so easy for me to trust her. Also, she is the best company! I never liked going to the dentist as a child but ever since I went to Wilson Dental I haven’t been scared to go back.
G	Gianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an experience where I was in a situation which my cavity broke from my back molar on saturday night and i was left with a hole. Now i'm nervous. No one was available , not to mention hardly anyone open on a Sunday to get this done in my area. Well, i was lucky. Called up a few places "ALL BOOKED" so i called Wilson Dental, the reception was so nice and she squeezed me in on a Sunday morning. I walked in, right away, the place is clean, I was explained the price and procedure, they even discounted the fee for me. The Dentist is very friendly, gentle and i was impressed overall by the experience. My tooth is fixed and better than ever, no issues. 1. i like the fact they're open sundays for your convenience 2. you can go in with confidence knowing you're in good hands. Definitely will come back to them.. 2 thumbs up guys!
A	Akane Tsunemori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff here are very professional. They take the time to explain things and do a proper job with cleaning the teeth. They have gone paperless, using up-to-date technology and design with equipment. Everytime after coming for a visit at this place for a cleaning, it feels special because they give a gift bag with a toothbrush and other new stuff inside. The receptionists are attentive and helped me produce the appropriate paperwork to submit to insurance for reimbursement. But there was one thing that went wrong. One day I came for an appointment to take an x-ray for my wisdom teeth. Dr. K notified to me what she saw on the x-ray, but she breeched my confidentiality when she went ahead after, to have another dentist inform my family about what she had found on the x-ray, without my consent. (Note: I was well over 18 at that time and my family, although was there at the same time for separate appointments, did not ask to know what was on the x-ray.). Dr. K didn't protect my patient confidentiality. This is very not good. Patient confidentiality is important! That is why I minus one star.

Although I live in Oakville and their clinic is in Toronto, we never went to another dentist. Dr Pham and Dr Kelly are very friendly and make your visit painless. Clinic is more like a lobby of a 5 star hotel in smaller version. They have free snack bar, coffee station, fridge stocked with drinks, laptops and desktops to browse while you wait, kids play area / Castle, "Selfie Station" (new), massage chairs, huge TV (100+ inches), big Aquarium, fountain and more. With all these, you might think they may charge you a fortune. That is the best best part. I wouldn't say they are cheap and their charges are not more than any other dentists in Toronto or Mississauga. Their prices are very reasonable. They accept insurance. If you have insurance, they will take care of everything. It's no surprise they open 7 days a week to accommodate their clients.

I've been to other clinics but Wilson dental is by far the best dental clinic that I've been to. The professional reception, expert doctors and hygienists, timely appointments, clean facility and great amenities all make this clinic exceptional. Everytime I come back, there's something new about the place...they definitely know how to keep up with the times!
