It was the best decision for going there because I was in a hurry to have a computer for my online class and Jules recommend me the best computer he have that I was looking for and give me a negotiable price. Aside from that he did his best to meet our expectations, assist me in a good way. He has an excellent costumer service. I recommend Jules to those who need assistance for their electronic devices and appliances like computers, celpons, TV,etc. And he will not let you down and make you regret. โ โ โ โ โ I'm from a smaller town and don't know the area very well. I had to get my laptop screen replaced. I gave the laptop to him on a Sunday afternoon and got a respond for a quote the next day before his office hours. If you don't pick up the call, he will text you the quote. My screen was replaced early afternoon on the same day I got the quote. Jules is very friendly and nice. By the way if you can, bring cash with you to pay.

โ โ โ โ โ I searched online for a computer repair company in my area as I was having so many problems with my laptop. Julesโ company was the first that popped up. I called and arranged to go in. He fixed my lap top the same day. He is such a nice person and so patient, answered all my tech questions with a smile and his rate was very reasonable. I was so happy with the service I received and will not hesitate to refer my family and friends to him when they are in need of any tech repairs.

โ โ โ โ โ Courteous, fast and friendly, best customer service #1=Jules Computer and Repairs. This company actually "answers the phones in person" and responds courteously to your questions, and for me "this speaks volumes". Researched, and contacted many other Computer repair shops in my own area, I received no phone call back from any of them during the Pandemic to date. I was literally forced to use a very slow/noisy All In One computer for "Work from Home" purpose-no other alternative was available. New computers were hard to come by at the start of the Pandemic, due to supply chain shortages. Then.. I called Jules, and with Jules Computer, I experienced actual "same day service" as they advertised. A fast and efficient repair to an All In One Computer which had several issues related to CPU speed and "super noisy" static/internal speaker/Volume/audio issues-nothing was working, and now "fixed" and I can work without delays and static noises-and actually participate in Teams/Zoom for my weekly meetings. Thank you Jules Computer, and I wont hesitate to visit or call for any other related needs. I will make sure to recommend you to my team for IT issues.
