Great store, awesome selection of books and gifts. Helpful staff.

The only store I go to whenever I want to take a new piece of Sokolof jewellery home, to buy a unique gift for someone or to get a new book for my night table. Here's some of my new friends from the store

Greatly appreciate prompt response from the Store Manager: professional and informative. Attentive to my concerns, she took notes and provided with the course of actions and next steps to deliver the orders promptly. She explained that Credit Card companies now require instant charge to minimize CC fraud. She also noted that 'FREESHIP' promo on web-site may not guarantee delivery by mail; need to pay attention to the shipping method in the future. Good idea is to add the line 'Delivery to the shipping address' in the order comment. I was assured that the available items on my orders will be shipped off today and I will get a tracking number shortly. The status on remaining book will be verified. I will receive a call once the status is known. If the book is available - it will be shipped separately with no additional charge. If not - it will be refunded. That's the service I'd expect, and it has always been like this for years. I understand the flips and errors occur in every organization from time to time. It's the way we correct these mistakes that talks volume. Put an order online two weeks ago - it charged my card without shipping. Understand that one item on order requires delivery from other place - takes 16-18 days - and I'm fine with it. At the same time I am not good with: 1. My card charged while the order not shipped 2. Coercion by the store staff to get a "similar" book, different edition 3. Threatening by the store staff to take my promo away (FREESHIP) if I refuse to replace the original item Incidentally, I put another order online yesterday. I got an e-mail confirming that order is ready for pick up in store. Really? All my orders including the last one have been made via mail delivery. All of them over CAD 95 with FREESHIP promo. My online account clearly shows delivery address - and it's different from Troyka store, in fact in a different city. I have contacted the store - got a confirmation on the phone that the item will be delivered by mail, but still no change in the status of my order online nor by e-mail. And no tracking number. Sad. Over the last 20 years I have been using Troyka services often, but now considering other options. Thanks God there are plenty.

This is my go to place to buy Russian souvenirs in Toronto! I always buy presents for my friends and family here and they adore them. Also, they have a great selection of jewelry and headscarfs. If you want to get a lot of compliments, you should definitely buy them! And don't even get me started on books and board games!!! The stuff is always friendly and supportive and they help with all my inquiries :) I got a chance to chat with Darya and made a new friend in Canada! 5 stars !

The best store in Canada with a great variety of Russian Souvenirs! Amazing jewelry collection. The lady in the jewelry department was very nice and polite, and very helpful. She helped me to buy a gift for my wife! My wife is happy. Happy wife - happy life. Thank you , Troyka! Come again for sure!

Large selection of Russian goods (books, toys, games, everything for the bath and various gift sets). Perfect cleanliness and friendliness. I don't often go there, as it is far from home, but I can recommend that you will find everything you want. The price is usually high, but it is classified as handmade, or that brought from abroad.

Troyka offers a large variety of gifts, books, collectibles and household items. Prices are a bit high. Between the first and semi second floor, they have beautiful art pieces hanging on the wall, made of sand, rocks and what seemed to be on a plank of wood.

Amazing Russian artefact and book store. Prices are very reasonable and the workers are so friendly and helpful. I felt like I had visited Moscow for a brief moment.
