If you are in the market for upgrading I wouldn't go anywhere other than Pioneer Fireplace, great people and an awesome product. Thank you to the Pioneer team!

We were both very impressed by your kindness and consideration. Darcy and Jason, I just wanted to let you know that out of all of the quotes from you competitors, you were the only ones that followed up immediately, showed that you were eager for the sale, were polite and friendly, were professional and thorough and were prompt both in sending us a quote and arranging an in-home visit. It was your professionalism that convinced us to purchase from you. My mom being 89, was very nervous, however, your relaxed and confident personality put her feeing at ease. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced multiple problems with our wood stove insert from day one, bought new 2020. Pioneer sent employees out to try to fix issues, they couldn’t. No reply to our calls! We will purchase a new insert from someone else.
