★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duct cleaning guy came in and did a great job. Friendly and courteous.....very impressed with him. Furnace maintenance came in after...quick efficient and friendly....went to office to pay invoices...from office very nice...owner was there. From front to back very pleased with hiring Kodiak.....not only all of that but the bill came in below what was quoted!!! What more can you ask for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our AC unit was low on refrigerant, the tech filled it and checked a few other things while he was there. 5 days later.. our AC wasn't working. We contacted him and he said he was only 15 minutes away and would come look. Turns out he had over filled the refrigerant on his first trip out so he adjusted that and took the TVX bulb out. My husband had asked if he wanted him to stay or if he could go back to work. The tech assured him he could go back to work. Hindsight is 20/20... I wish he would have stayed as the tech is claiming he was there for 4.5 hours! These 2 quick trips out + fixes cost almost $800!!
Is this normal? Be advised you will be charged a travel fee (which we expected) and $115/hour that the tech is driving!
We are happy that our AC is now working but the fact that all it needed was a top up on refrigerant and a bulb removed and it cost us $800 seems crazy!

The technicians Jared and Jesse did a great job. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and explained what they did to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company for quality and service.
