They were extremely friendly and did excetional work. Explained everything that was happening in our line and got us up and flushing in a timely fashion. Would definitely use them again.
B	BARRY VERMAAT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with timing due to a leak that started same day, cost wise......OMG! It's been 2 days and I'm still in shock and seriously concerned over being overcharged. Basically 1.5 hours work and maybe $25 in parts....... just under $500? The guy was nice and courteous but still even in today's day and age and this pandemic I am very unhappy with cost. I will most likely buy the tools needed and fix it myself next time.

Took care of the repairs right away and had our bathrooms up and running. J	John Darroch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We awoke to a water leak on a fitting on a cold water line in the utility room on the Monday of the Family Day long weekend. With no isolation valve, I had to turn off the service valve for the entire house in order to control the water. I tried several plumbing services that advertised 24 hour emergency service but they had no one on. When I contacted Mr. Rooter, they immediately confirmed they could have a service plumber at my home later the same day. Stephen called ahead as promised and arrived at time promised. He was polite and after assessing the problem, determined replacement of the complete laundry tap assembly was the best solution, shared with me his rationale, and I agreed. Not having such an assembly in his truck, he had to travel to a commercial box store, purchase one, then return and install it. Given the circumstances, the job was completed in a very timely fashion. Stephen was polite, informative, professional and did a great job. He is an excellent representative of the company.

The customer service was awesome and they we're very communicative. I want to give a special shoutout to our technician, Tim W. He did an awesome job and explained everything that he was doing. He even cleaned out my tub drain without asking him to! He went above and beyond what he was asked to do, and even taught me how to prevent my issues from happening again. 100% recommend Mr. Rooter :)
