★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not even deserve one star the most i stayed here for a year and one of the worst managements i have ever seen and very rude also there was a guy named jason everytime we called him or made some request he was always rude and charged us with cleaning fees and many more charges which were not necessary they charged us for cleaning which we got everything professionally cleaned still they charged us for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use Hometime for my property management needs in Lethbridge and they are absolutely outstanding.
Jody Workman has been handling my property for almost a year now and he's been a stellar guy to work with. I up and left when I got a job offer for two days from when they called and left the house in total disarray, he handled all the clean up, packing, storage, corrected the code violations, plastered and painted and advertised and rented it out in about ten days.
It would've taken me a full year. And still wouldn't have looked as good, and it was rented out way sooner, meaning I make more money and didn't have to do anything. Dream come true. And now I'm out of province and rest easy knowing it's being supervised and my investment is safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted hometime weeks ago as I was interested in viewing a house for rent. One of the workers said Jason was on days off and would contact me the week after. Well he never got back to me. It's been almost two weeks since someone was supposed to get back to me. I've tried contacting twice and still no answer. Beware during my house hunt I notice alot of rental companies are terrible at communication or incompetent in Lethbridge. Not very professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reffered by a friend and found a place using Home Time Rentals and its been great from the moment of first contact about properties.
I dealt with property manager Jason, he has been fantastic in setting meetings for viewings and helping keep updated on each of the steps and getting everything set. They have been awesome in fixing some of the damages from previous tenant usages in a timely manner and properly.
If your looking for a new place I highly recommend going through Home Time properties!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes need to ask twice to get things done (reminders) but generally Jody is responsive and pleasant to deal with. Understand that sometimes it's a case of availability - such as blind replacement. Things like snowshoveling are poorly done with a big pile of snow piled up behind my vehicle and snow not always cleared between my drivers side and the fence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jody is absolutely Amazing, when we moved in obviously there were a few teething problems, but one call to Jody and they were sorted within a couple of hours. We only took a 6 month lease but our circumstances have changed and I have no hesitation extending my lease with Hometime our experience has been 100% positive, nothing was to much trouble
