If you don't mind renting from a property manager who will yell and hang up on you then txt the next day to apologize then this is the place for you! One of many incidents....I was issued a proposal date for a rent ready inspection via a paper slid in my door at 4:45 pm on the 12th (which I did not agree to) and one of the options (2pm on may 12th) had already passed, and the other option (may 13th @ 2pm) I would be at work, so I AGREED WITH Geoff the property manager on a time around 430pm on May 13th, I would call when I was home. As I did upon this call Geoff beat around the bush, then finally told me "I'll be honest with you he was already in your place and he's got everything that he needs" When I was shocked and asked what "everything he needs" means, as I am entitled to know the results if an inspection... Geoff continued to yell unprofessional remarks, that he is ordering food and he gave me 24 hours notice. He did not as he admitted on the 12th that he didn't bring the piece of paper on May 11th (the date that was written on the top of this proposal) as he planned because he was simply too busy. I have filed a formal trespassing complaint with the city of Lethbridge police department and I will be taking further action as necessary. This business does not know how to act professionally, hires unprofessional people and cannot get their stuff together. Totally disrespectful and I can't move out of here soon enough! Not to mentioned the year long headache of getting anything fixed from things as simple as a iffy toilet until it completely doesn't work anymore or fixing and awning that was ceating a huge safety hazard on my front step (which they slapped some black tar looking stuff over the crack which barely fixed anything). There was a rubbery type of paint used on the trim and over top of a ton of hair in the bathroom drawers. All issues that had obviously been occurring prior to our move in. Forget them enforcing any lease agreement rules or care about anyone's safety. Open fires, out of hand harassing neighbors. If you like to break the law and have no regard for your neighbors you will fit right in. Don't bother trying to speak to anyone at head office about any issues, besides your professional local Property Manger, despite the "someone will call you back in24hrs" voicemail...NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK... EVER....until you withhold rent and demand to speak to someone...it works.
