The owner arrived quickly after receiving my request for an estimate and produced the estimate the following work day. Once I approved the estimate work was scheduled within a few days.The panel replacement was completed on time and within the Estimate previously provided.The Tradespeople conducted themselves professionally. They were patient in answering all my 'layperson' questions in a courteous and knowledgeable way. The site was cleaned before their departure.I will contract Platinum Lighting for all my future electrical needs and will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.

All efforts were made to keep the original layout of the feed into the building in the same local. Extra effort was exerted to meet the demands of the inspection branch.

Anything I asked them to do (change) they happily did it. Kevin estimated the job would take a week and they did finish it within a week. They were on time and were very thorough in their work. Everything was cleaned up after and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Six months later I was having an issue with one of my lights so I e-mailed David to see if he could help me troubleshoot the issue. He called me within 10 minutes to set up an appointment to check it out and it was taken care of the next day. Thank you so much! Awesome company that stands by their work 100%!
