★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for a quote from March. Older gentleman that came seemed like it was not a "big" job but would email us a price. Still waiting. If you don't want the work, let customers know up front. Also, had to ask him to take off his shoes & put on a mask in our home! Just a bit of lack of respect all the way around.
*We have since hired another company to do the work.

Then came time to make an appointment to have our chimney cleaned and repaired. Its been 10 months and several phone calls. Still no appointment. My husband was spoken to rudely and I was hung up on. Terrible communication and not sure why they even are still in business. Very disappointing as we wasted so much time and not being able to use our fireplace.
Definitely don't recommend them!!!

After booking time off work to be home for the install..get a call the day before saying our install was going to get bumped to a later date. After a discussion...the install happened when it was supposed to. Install guy was very polite and clean workmanship. He was unable to finish the job that day and was told it would get scheduled to finish. After waiting months get a phone call saying it would happen during a certain week... No phone call.. No one showed up..this happened a few times. After 7 monrhs the work was finally completed. We then had to phone and ask for the inspection paperwork for our insurance which was delivered the next day. The work they did was good.. The scheduling and communication needs a lot of work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Lethbridge in May and immediately purchased a small wood stove. Everyone was extremely helpful in this process. We had it installed in the summer and the 2 fellas who installed it were fantastic...very friendly and accommodating and they did an amazing job. This fall we had a bird get into our stove and we didn't know what to do so we call The Stove Pipe company. They sent Karson over to help us out. He went over and above to help get the bird out & the bird flew away, much to everyone's relief. Then he put a screen on top to prevent this from happening again. We just want to say what a great experience we had with your company from start to finish. Karson was such a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend your company. Thanks so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried dealing with this outfit twice. Both times I have been met with someone who doesn’t actually know what they are talking about. I get shotty advice. The lady goes back and fourth on their answer and if challenged admits they don’t actually know. So why even try to answer????? Get knowledgeable staff that actually cares about the customer experience.
