★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your home is not just where your heart is, It is also your investment. It is hard to find Companies who are honest, hard working, and truly have the best interests of your home at heart. Air Tech never over charges, they only fix what actually needs fixing and they are professional in that they are experts in all things Home Comfort. We recently had our fireplace installed and we couldn't be more than happy with it. And the service and treatment we received from Air Tech was great. We will be hiring them for all our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. I highly recommend you consider this Company. They are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air Tech took care of us from start to finish and beyond. James, that showed up to take measurements and provide advice regarding our space was friendly, efficient and arrived on time. We took his recommendations into the store and the service was friendly and Alisha was accommodating and well informed. The work was done well to our knowledge and the space was left clean. Since Boris installed the unit, they made some personalized adjustments to our order at no extra cost and even filed the necessary paperwork for our Fortis rebate. We are very happy to recommend AirTech as we sit here in front of our cozy new gas fire place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received prompt and efficient service in our dealings with Air Tech Home Comfort to install a Lennox Air Purifier on our furnace, Receptionist Leslie, answered my call immediately and directed me to Email James. He got back to me promptly with product information and cost. Alisha answered the phone and replied to emails right away to order the product and arrange the installation appointment. James collected further information to build the ductwork bypass needed. Daylon showed up on time to install the product. He is polite and tidy when he works. Alisha did final billing and the whole project completed from start to finish within one week. We can count on them to service it or respond quickly if we have concerns going forward. Air Tech Home Comfort is always a pleasure to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again, AirTech Mechanical came through. After much effort and a few tries, they solved our hard to diagnose electric hot water tank repair. Thanks to Jerry, Leslie and the techs. I'm sorry that it took a few trips and I'm sure they didn't even cover their costs but they were very fair with the bill. I highly recommend these folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Needed a furnace expert and plumber and they both provided excellent and honest customer service. Had been told by previous furnace person that furnace was leaking and had to be replaced, but air tech knowledgeably let us know it’s an older furnace that currently works well ,and what to look for when checking on it. The plumber fixed a problem with our sink that I thought had to be replaced and then had lots of time to help with a couple of other little items we had concerns with. Was very happy as we are from out of town, know nothing about furnaces and had a small window, andhelping out a family member who was coming home from hospital so didn’t have any connections. They got good reviews on a Vernon Facebook group (rants and raves) so glad I called them, staff, including phone staff, we’re friendly, knowledgeable, upfront and efficient. Thank you kindly.

They never mind answering our million questions and during service calls, they are very keen to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. Their prices are great and their service is superb. You will not go wrong by working with them. We have complete trust in Air Tech, and it’s a great relief to know our heating and cooling needs are so well taken care of. Thank you to all the Air Tech team!
