I have used them several times. Highly recommend this company. I had a leak from a job and they were quick to come out and fix it. I am very pleased with this company and again, recommend them if you need any plumbing or heating.

They are so friendly when they answer the phones, they call when they say they are going to call and show up when they say they will. Tom our technician was friendly and professional and I felt comfortable that I was getting an appropriate quote without unnecessary additions like the "other guys"... I will be using Bees Knees exclusively from now on for my plumbing and heating needs.

Not only did they call me back after i left a message on a Saturday but they were at my house before they said they would, They said about an hour but it was less than 30 mins. They have a great text message system that tells you that they are on their way to your house and they were just fantastic. They knew my system inside and out which most companies didn't in the past. I can't express how great they were and not to mention they weren't tagging me with a $150 call out fee theirs was under $80 and repaired my problem with no extra travel time tagged on or Saturday off time fee's. ( I'm in their local town so that probably helped ) Regardless of the cost it was better than what i have been charged in the past from other companies. I'm thankful a friend of mine told me about this company. I will recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10 for service and quality of care. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and the price was very reasonable. They email and text for appointment times and reminders and are very attentive. My new go to plumbing company!

They fit me in after New Year's weekend even though they had a few people off sick and were quite busy. Ethan came and fixed the running toilet within an hour and gave me a quote on another issue I need fixed. I will definitely use this company again!

Cory did a clean job and Serene in the office was very friendly and even followed up after the job was done to make sure everything was up to par. On top of the quality service the price was very fair. Highly recommend.

Not like a lot of the other companies I called. They just gave me a ballpark quote over the phone. Reasonable 2 week waiting before service was performed. Wasn't a problem if I added a little bit more work to the job. I would recommend them. They did a complete new installation on a 2 bedroom carriage house. Plumbing heating and AC. This is the 2nd time I've used them and I will call them for the 3rd.
