He showed up on time for a quote appointment during heavy snow and had knowledgeable advice for how best to get floor repairs done. He explained cost implications of some different scenarios on the spot. Squeezed in 700 sq ft installation on short notice, good communication throughout, tremendous work ethic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience working with Zafer at PI floors. He took the time to discuss our options and I felt informed throughout the process. Our subfloor had a few cracks that we discovered once the old carpet was removed, and Zafer took the time to fill them. Even with a little extra work required, we still finished at the quoted amount. I live in a condo with strict bylaws, and Zafer worked with the bylaws and happily complied with the condo requirements. I am very happy with our new floors and would recommend PI floors for anyone looking to update their home or condo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovating my 70s themed condo has been a project I have been putting off for a couple of years. The horrible carpet, orange vinyl and weird combination of tiles made for a very stressful project. Zafer took all that stress and handed it like a pro. He was very reassuring and troubleshooted all the quirks of this building excellently. He was very good at checking in with me and providing his expert opinion on any decisions which helped keep me calm. I am extremely happy with the outcome and will be using PI Floors for any future projects.

Very lucky to have his help tearing out the carpet to install vinyl flooring in my new condo. He also help me fix up the closet doors on the way out ? Great price, attitude, and quality workmanship. Love the result, would most definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you!
