They were unfailingly polite and professional, never left a mess and did a really great job. Truly pleased with the work they've done. I would definitely recommend this company.

The end result is great and even though it's a relatively simple build they went to great lengths to treat it like any other job. In this busy market they even managed to fit us in between other jobs given we had timeline flexibility which is great. They finished on time and their price was competive with their peers in the area, even more so once you take into account the little extra efforts. We will certainly contact Pro Deck again for future work!

The construction team was courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to consult with us to ensure and double check on deck design and vinyl and railing colours and styles. They used a particularly effective approach to the flashing between our acrylic stucco house exterior and the deck so we can rest assured that there will be no leaking into the house or deck rot. They even did a few extra things to make it easy for us to use the space underneath the deck and attach electrical outlets. They cleaned up perfectly. The lead saleperson answered all our questions before and during the job. We think we made the best choice to go with Pro Deck.

They look absolutely beautiful, the price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Pro Deck protected my floors, installed my railings and then vacuumed after they were done. The communication was excellent, they notified me when they planned to show up and came on time. Highly recommended!!
