★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do believe the first two reviewers. Roy is the owner and George is most likely one of the worker. The repair job was ok, but don't expect them to provide courtesy car, and don't expect them to clean up your car well. I found patches of dust and oil stain everywhere in the interior. When I brought it back for them to clean it up, they did clean up the patches but they created new patches, because they don't clean up their hand before cleaning the interior of the car. At other body shops that I had my previous cars repaired, they always get the interior shampoo after they are done.

My car looks brand new, clean interiors and delivered on time. Very Professional and excellent customer service. Best workshop in town for any auto body repairs. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car had an dent and scratch at the driver -back side (see pict before and after). Roy and team did a wonderful job in repairing this in short time. Their service was way beyond my expectation with 1) best quote compared to other places around, 2) providing alternate car and 3) total interior detailing. I was so amazed with their high quality work and my car was looks like a brand new without even a minor scratch left over. I highly recommend Phoenix. Best service in the Metro Vancouver.
