Generally, I like this place and staff but I find almost every time I go to the pharmacy and ask for Tylenol 1 that I am appear to them as a drug addict that is annoying them (as they often aren't in stock). Instead of being so moody, how about saving everyone time and put a sign up "T1's on Backorder". Edit:. I appreciate the unexpected response and the fact you took advice from a customer. Thank you!

Normally pretty good, however I have been with them for over 20 years, the dispensing fees aren't great, as well as, my daughter had an infection and they wouldn't do the mixture up for me until much later at night,and I leave out of town, so she missed 6 doses because I couldn't get it for 24 hrs. That's not right to make a toddler wait on medication. I am moving to a different pharmacy for the first time in my life...

Rita and the crew here are some of the most caring and knowledgeable people I know. They care about their customers and do their best to help them. Yes sometimes the prescription you called in 2 days ago isn't done yet, but its rare, and to me worth the wait for the knowledge and respect you get.

My family has gone here forever, so by default as an adult I continued coming here for my prescriptions, I've always had great service but the last year has been a joke. Numerous times I have gone in to the store to request a prescription to be filled and come back a few hours later as specified and it was forgotten/never entered in. I have also been spoken down to by one individual numerous times at the back pharmacy and I can't stand it. I am a customer paying money and should be treated with respect when I treat the staff with respect. I understand sometimes things happen and sometimes things get lost or forgotten and it gets busy and stressful but for almost every time the last year there's an issue. I think the staff in the pharmacy needs reevaluated, there are a few nice ones back there and the pharmacists are nice and helpful. The staff at the front of the store are remarkable always friendly!

I have been going to Geen's for 23 yrs. For prescriptions etc. Thurs. Before the long weekend in May I called in a prescription for insulin for my 11 yr old daughter. They said to give them 48 hrs. Before picking up. Ok thats fine we had enough insulin at home. Sunday afternoon I went to go pickup the prescription. Got to the door and a cashier (older lady with grey hair) was at the door and just let 2 customers in then told me sorry we are closing. There was nobody else waiting to get in.. Just me. I look at my watch, it's 7 mins. To 3. I asked what time you close she says 3. She said I can't keep letting people in. People have to realise what time we close. I said yes and I didn't realise but I am just picking up a prescription of insulin for my daughter I had called in. She threw her hands in the air and said well we are closed. She asked when i called it in. I told her Thurs. Then she said and your just picking it up now and she shook her head at me. Yes i should have made sure I knew the hours, store hours are different with covid19 going on so I should have made sure. The cashier says well your gonna have to wait until Tues. (Mon. Was a holiday) I said my daughter wont have enough insulin to last til Tues. She could run out. Cashier says " Not my problem". I was furious but trying to stay calm. But thinking this is wasting time, I could have been in there and back out. Maybe she realised how she sounded for saying that because she then decided I could go quickly. I looked at my watch while standing at the pharmacy and it was 3 minutes to 3. Even though i wanted to make a complaint right there I didnt. I smiled and thanked her on my way out. I take the blame for not making sure I knew the store hours. However the cashier was out of line and that's not acceptable. I have never had a problem with Geen's. In 23 years the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Staff like that can make you lose customers.

All the staff members are super nice and friendly. Never long line ups either. Will always go here.

I have been a customer for 35 yrs, as well as my family members, in the last few years the customer service has gone to the gutter, constant troubles getting my prescriptions filled, rude staff. 5 generations have shopped here, but sad to say I have decided to move on. What a shame!

As a family we have used Geens since 2004. All right in the beginning, but service has dropped well below par. If it was just one incident, we could over look that. There have been many. There is no service and its like you are an inconvience. There have been a few bright spots but they have been few and far between. The idea of 3 days for a repeat prescription is absurd. At times the staff is just plain rude. For no apparent reason. Fortunately we have moved on to another pharmacy.They actually acknowledge you by name and actually ask how you are doing. Glad we found them.
