T	T-Bone DeForrest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Shopper’s Drug Mart to drop off business mail. The person behind the counter was not wearing a mask. When I asked her to put her mask on, she refused. I asked another staffer to speak to the manager. The manager insisted repeatedly that Amy didn’t have to wear a mask because she was more than six feet away from the customers. Why they argued about this is a total mystery. This happened on January 19, 2021 at about 7:30 PM. at the Quinte Mall branch in Belleville ON.
L	L Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store this morning. The cashier was going out of his way to serve customers even with debit not working at his till. He was very kind and conscientious and was taking our orders to self serve to ring us through. He should be commended for his effort.
j	janet dixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hand sanitizer at entrance when you come in from parking lot entrance. Shopping carts all over the place outside door none of them being sanitized. Cashier never wiped down anything going through cash checking out,nothing being done to make sure customers are staying 6ft apart. I know I will not go in that store again I will continue to go to the others in Belleville, this store is filthy, I only went there due the fact I was at the end if the city. I will also emailing the head office

When I looked at the receipt while in my car I realized I was $0.37 short due to senior discount I completely forgot about. I went back in and added a chocolate bar. Kaylan (not sure of the spelling) was very courteous to reverse the original entry and put all back in so I could get my bonus points. Thank you for great customer service. Thank you Kaylan.
M	Madison Bryans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went to go get my covid vaccine. I made an appointment at 10am and by 10:35 I was still waiting to be seen. I forgot one number on my health card on the form and the lady came over and snapped at me saying she needs my health card then comes back and basically yells at me for forgetting one number I even apologized and she just grunted at me. I ended up leaving because I was already nervous about getting my shot but then I get someone who’s extremely mean to me. That just pushed me over the edge and I got up and left, and I also had something to do at 10:45. I thought making an appointment means you get in at that time but I guess not. For anyone who wants the vaccine, go to the wellness centre cause at least everything is controlled over there and they are really nice and with seating!
B	Belial Azazel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect any customer service here. They regularly cancel their own appointments, poorly run outfit. If you have an option please choose any other locations or another pharmacy and save yourself the hassles.

Will do the same with Loblaws chains if it gets this bad. So long shoppers, like the store but not the corporate greed.
