★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two star ? rating is because I had tried buying an "Emily Tribe Bag" and a "Tribe Clutch"
four times online.
Each Time it took my order, confirmed the order only to have it canceled four times two days later.
I went into the store to try and find it and a store associate told me they have never carried it in their store.
I could have told them my partner has specifically showed me the Emily Bag in the store but the look on the associates face told me I would be wasting my breath.
Today I was in The Quinte Mall and as I was walking by I and saw one sitting in their display.
So while I know my partner will get the bag she loved I am not happy with their online store nor the previous encounter in the store.
