GAP Factory is my favorite place to shop because they have things on sale and they always send me emails with 50% out of 70% off and their clothes quality is very good and they last longer

Find it annoying to shop here due to gaps pricing strategy. They change the sale literally every day. Easier to just order online.

Poor service by manager at store. Was treated with prejudice for asking question. As soon we asked about purchase she started raising her voice. Cashier was friendly. Not a great selection for kids.

We love this location, the store is bright, clean and easy to navigate. The change rooms are well lit and spacious. We always find the staff helpful, professional and friendly. On our last visit we came across some great deals.

Bad Customer Service. My wife went in and bought a few things. They mistakenly added a $40 item to her bill. She came home and realised that and went back in to show them receipt and items still packed in their bag. The staff at the time (a pregnant lady) flat out said that she will look in to camera and see if that actually happened. No apologies for inconvenience and the round trip. The pregnant staff just gave the impression as if my wife was lying for that $40 item in a $200 purchase. Not a great way to treat customers. Mistakes happen, we are all humans but how you communicate with your customers is what matters. We were totally ok with them investigating or whatever but an apology for inconvenience and less judgement from badly trained staff is what is more important. Refunds are fine but follow it up with an apology. Just basic human courtesy...
