This time while I was there I purchased a cheap pair of headphones. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.. though one of them smelled a bit like old cheese, I just figured she was fermenting. Anyhow I would recommend this store to anyone..

Was quoted 3-5 business days and it has been 9 and I still don't have my cards. Then when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I would be put on hold, and was hung up on. Will never order from here again.

He found all the information for us so we could send it back to Acer for repairs. Dave packaged it and Kim did the paperwork. We were very pleased with the service.

Greeted by polite friendly employee, looked up my order and gave me information. Received my item on time (shocking during the holiday season) and it was gorgeous! Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

She helped me create RSVP’s for my wedding and printed and cut them for me in a matter of minutes. Incredible customer service and quite obviously enjoys her job. She deserves to be rewarded for her excellent customer service!
