★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an issue with purchasing through the website so I reached out through their chat bubble and the rep, Dolly, was unreal. Handled the entire purchase process via the "chat" process and helped with the hold for pick-up as well. Very impressed. 5 Star goes to Dolly.....3.5 goes to website. Price was excellent as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great experience at this location! The staff was very kind and helpful and they had a great variety to choose from at competitive prices , I was able to find everything I need and more . Me and my husband will definitely be coming back here again to shop for our new home.

We used to love shopping at a privately owned store in Trenton but had an extremely bad experience under their new management. We weren't rushing into buying another reclining sofa and chair. The sales person/manager was unbelievably patient with us, clarified refunds/defect policy and put everything in writing for our peace of mind. Two thumbs up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving the store a 5 star review because of the exceptional service we received. We had purchased an “as is” couch and had discovered, after 5 weeks of use, that the cushions had a hidden defect. Neither the store, nor us, could have known of the defect without the cushions experiencing normal use. The manager, Shelly, took immediate action, arranged for the repair, kept us up to date and solved the problem.
We had the cushions back within 4 days. Thank you!

It was a wonderful surprise last night when delivery called and said there had been a cancelation and that my loveseat could be delivered unexpectedly and happily 2 months earlier than expected. I was thrilled, happy and so excited!
I have spent my day cuddled and cozied up in my new favorite spot. Loooooving my new beautiful and super comfy loveseat! Shelly was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate it and am now looking into purchasing the matching ottoman as well. Thank you Shelly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality however ordered a coffee table set and a sofa 1 year ago and am still waiting for the coffee table. The sofa and end tables came two months ago.
We ordered a sectional two years ago from Ashley ; they sent half of the sectional , and said that the other half would not be available for another 3 months. I sent it back and re ordered a different model. Again , a month later , they couldn’t fulfill it. Ordered another one. That has finally come. Meanwhile , they were paid for. Did get a refund for the sectional, and the other one but my question is … Why offer them in a catalogue , have consumers buy them just to wait over a year with no notice ? Have pushed the delivery dates back a total of 8-12 times.
Just curious , what kind of rocks are you guys smoking down there honestly?? get it together.
