★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please change this to appointment only! It’s always been a walk in and I drove 30 minutes with my 4 year old to get looked at and was refused as I guess now it’s only appointments. I understand why, but when I looked at the website before I left and it still says walk in, I went by that. Can’t be a walk in if you can’t walk in now can it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talked a Dr but as is the case these days he lacked the ability to speak and understand English. Since the appointment I've been Waiting 3 days on a req for an xray and ultrasound but of course it was never sent. Thx Dr Durka!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried to use this service twice. The first time I had to call patient support in order to remind them I had an appointment and this second time I again waited all day (given a time frame of between 11am to 6pm) to not have them call for my appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been WONDERFUL to me. I walked in incredibly stressed, out newly pregnant, and unable to get a doctor. I was at my witts end. A lovely lady was able to help my husband and I. Miss Anne got me a call that day and helped me get everything I needed. I left feeling supported and way less stressed. We have actually chosen to keep using this clinic for our care needs during this amazing time of our lives. Thank you Telemed Belleville and thank you Miss Anne!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited a week for results that I was told should've took at most 2-3 business days, was ignored and hung up on when trying to contact the office, mailbox is always full. Will not be going back and strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they are quite confused in there. You can't get the same doctor to do 2 things. They make you book separate appointments for everything. Double dipping on Ohip maybe? They tell you your prescription was faxed to your drugstore and then go and find out pharmacy Recieved nothing. Asked if they could double check on a referral for me and they said they tried but didn't get an update. Said I would find out before them-they are healthcare but can't get anything done. Faster for the person that needs the help to get it then they are. What?
