T	Taylor Burnett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bunch of replacement parts for our Green Mountain Grill pellet smoker BBQ, most importantly including a new electrical cord. We don't live in Belleville but have family that does, so we were hoping to have them pick up the order for us. I placed the order and not more than an hour later, FF emailed me saying they didn't have any stock in their physical store but they would have all the products shipped from their warehouse directly to our home in Oshawa, free of charge, without us even asking. Again, within less than an hour of the package arriving, FF reached out and made sure the package arrived and our order was satisfactory. Not many companies do this anymore and I was pleasantly surprised! The replacement electrical cord we ordered from FF even seems to be far better quality than the original cord AND the replacement cord we subsequently ordered straight from Green Mountain Grill, which also, ultimately died on us. If only Green Mountain Grill had the level of customer service that Friendly Fires has...what great service overall from FF, couldn't be more satisfactory! If only GMG had even half that level of customer service...(ps. we did NOT purchase the Green Mountain Grill from Friendly Fires).

We were really pleased that they assembled, delivered and set up our new BBQ with-in days of our purchase, when we expected it to take much longer. We are extremely happy with their service and quality products. Emily Susko the sales associate we spoke with was super friendly and knowledgeable about their products and she helped us make decisions on our purchase. Mackenzie originally gave a month's timeline to ship from the Peterborough store but didn't want us to wait that long so Peterborough shipped directly to us for free. Our wood stove vaporizer was delivered Friday and looks great and works fine. Thank you for your cooperation on the shipping, we really appreciate it. You have made a customer out of us for our wood-burning needs.

He gave our fireplace a thorough check out and cleaning. He showed us some things with the remote tat we were unaware of and answered all the questions we had. I thoroughly recommend this young man and we are extremely happy with the service.
