★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a new furnace and a/c unit installed last fall. I tried to turn on a/c, no go! Called 669-HEAT spoke with a lady and within 5 minutes a technician called me back and walked me through it. Great service as always. Thanks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will try and push new. We had called to have our geothermal unit looked at. a very nice young tech came out ran a couple extra test which were an additional charge - no problem with that. ( to make sure there were no major issue with our ground loop ect. ) he told us because it was only a coil and everything else was in great shape. ( rough estimate about 3000$) we called a couple days later to get the part on order. A different gentlemen advised us the tech didn't know what he was talking about. he said we HAD to switch to gas and needed a new unit. Geothermal is more efficient THAN GAS. my husband tried to inquire but the man was very aggressive and rude saying the tech didn't know what he was talking about. told us it would be 10,000. we called around and ended up finding someone else who bought the original part the 1st tech said we needed and ended up only costing 2500$ . PLUS it came with a warranty on the part. it was to bad because the 1st tech was very nice and honest. I highly recommend checking with more than one company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wei came to our home today to complete a long-overdue duct cleaning. He showed up wearing a mask and kept it on the whole visit, which was much appreciated! He was informative, helpful and very professional, and shared many before and after photos. He was super helpful when I had a couple questions about how often we should be doing this as well.
I could hear that our ducts where getting a thorough cleaning as he worked on each register and the basement ductwork as well. Super impressed with the service provided. Thanks Wei and the rest of the team at 669-HEAT (Northern Air)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service, price and equipment is and was top notch! I had asked some people who had used Northern Air and how the company was to deal with before I went ahead. The people that used them said they were very happy with their service even after they had their furnace and a/c installed. Some had a few minor issues that were resolved and taken care of promptly. I would recommend dealing with Northern Air. We are glad we did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot water heater is nearing the end of its life and the first time our pilot needed to be cleaned we had called a few companies with all of them stating they wouldn’t be able to come in within a week. We then called 669-heat and not only were they quick to answer and helpful over the phone, but they sent a technician within the hour. Ray was so informative and let us know what we needed to look at if this happens again. Price was fair and the work was well done. The second time our pilot light went out we called again and spoke with Emma (very helpful and lovely on the phone) who directed us to Kyle. Kyle came to our home within a couple hours, fixed the issue and was able to inform us on the next steps now that this has happened a second time. We requested a quote for a new water heater and will be using them again in the future.
Price is fair, the work is top notch, and the service and information given by both technicians all culminated in great service. We recommend this company to anyone.
