★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campeau Heating really came through for my household when the furnace had issues. Had a bit of difficulty reaching them after they installed the furnace in order to get an invoice (paid in cash). Other than that issue, I am satisfied and would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been subscribing to Campeau’s services for approximately 8 years now and have always received prompt and professional service. I particularly like the annual cleaning and inspection of our furnace, because it’s gives us peace of mind, knowing that it’s both reliable and safe to use. We have friends, where their landlord never serviced the furnace and the combustion chamber/“fire box” as they called it, developed tiny fractures; allowing the CO2 to escape into the living area…. The entire family nearly died that Christmas Eve….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Electric furnace's sequencer was faulty. Campeau sent an email showing who would be working on our unit, before the fella arrived; nice touch Campeau.
Dave arrived to help us, and it was winter (as is always the case when your furnace doesn't work well). Dave was very knowledgeable, did his testing and within minutes, went to the truck to get the part (sequencer) he had in his vehicle; the furnace was back to normal. Love our Electric furnace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a home with an older gas fireplace that didn’t seem to work. Because I didn’t know anything about the fireplace, they recommended a “maintenance” visit to start. It was the perfect recommendation. The technician ( Steve W. ) was fantastic - tested everything, cleaned it all up, explained the problem and offered solutions with quotes, and then fixed it on the spot.
Great communication from the office and the tech on arrival time. Bonus - I received a text the day of the appt with the technician’s name and his photo so I knew exactly who to expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Gas Fire place needed repair and the service technician from Campeau Heating was a real people person. Super nice and explained everything he was doing when I asked questions. He was able to fix the fire place right away which was convenient for us. He checked everything and did extra maintenance, by the time he was finished the fire place looked like a brand new one. Thank you very much for being a professional at your Job and doing excellent work .

Raymond did maintenance on my boiler system and I had a lot of questions. He was so very patient and helpful. He was great and explained what he looked at and if there were any problems to watch out for. I would definitely recommend Campeau

I have used another furnace repair company in the past and it always felt like they were trying to constantly upsell me on products/services I didn’t necessarily need - not the case here.
Extremely happy with the service from Campeau Heating and I’ll be calling them from now on. Thanks for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interaction with the Service Department was courteous and professional, clearly setting my expectation for the service time. The heating technician gave sufficient fair warning for his arrival. Upon arrival the technician was courteous and respectful of the house by removing his boots. Thinking ahead he already prepped the thermostat for the test after the fix. At the furnace, the technician diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed in another 20, taking the time to do other checks on the furnace and provided good maintenance tips for the furnace. We bought the Napoleon furnace at Campeau and have been very happy with it. We are happy with their Service team as well.
