Very pleased with with the service I received as well as the follow up service for an incompatible thermostats that I installed. Great service at a price that could not be beat. Would definitely use his services again.

I met Steve on a Tuesday and asked if it was possible to have a new furnace, air conditioner and gas fire placed installed before that weekend. I did not expect it was possible. Not only did they start the next day but did a bunch of extra work I wasn’t expecting. The team was courteous, punctual and efficient. The job was completed by Friday morning! We will definitely be calling Climate Control for any future HVAC needs. Try these guys out , you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again to the team at Climate Control.

From answering our phone calls in the office, providing us a quote, to the crews that came and worked on our installation. We converted our heating from electric baseboard to forced air natural gas and installed an air conditioner. We weren’t planning on doing our fireplace, but we were extremely impressed with Climate Control, we moved up that project 6 months and are in the process in getting a new gas fireplace from Climate Control. Climate control involved us in the process every step of the way. They were clean, efficient and beyond knowledgeable and ensured we got the best air circulation in our home. Climate control has our business for life and my recommendation for anyone considering any of the services they provide.

Steve and his team were able to solve the issue on the first visit. An issue which the "other guys", a large and well known HVAC company, could not address despite being both the installer and annual service provider. Climate Control is my recommendation for any HVAC needs you may have. They are a professional, prompt, knowledgable and effective team. Many thanks to Steve and Mark for solving my problem and saving me several thousands of dollar with a repair over replacement.
T	The Rock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -27 and the furnace breaks called for service the technician called 20 minutes after that he was at the house 20 minutes later and diagnosed in15 more minutes. 4 hours later another technician came with a brand new furnace and installed it then Steve said he was coming at 6 a.m. Sunday morning to hook up the propane and the set up the furnace 5:45 he was here 645 he was done cleaned up and left with a great deal great service excellent excellent work

Owner of the business Steve was supposed to attend the residence after being notified of the excess amount of times his employee attended without the system being fixed. The owner Steve has yet to attend and we are still waiting on the system to be fixed. Original date that they attended was mid December. We are now into February. Steve he did not make the system therefore can’t fix it.

He arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up after himself. He also took the time to explain our heating issues in a very clear manner. He’s the best technician we’ve ever had!
