★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again and the atmosphere since new ownership is horrendous. You can tell employees are not happy. Either were we on the last purchase we made. Never again and I made Kawasaki aware of this when they called for the review!

She gave us the time we needed to make our decision and made every effort to make sure we were satisfied...old fashioned, real service. The store is clean and presentable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem with our new Suzuki motor bought last year. The GM Mrinal told us to bring it in. Turned out it was just a reset required after an oil change. Mrinal, John the salesman, the former owner and a technician were all there to help. All were super pleasant and helpful and we were on our way in no time.We have made big purchases here in the past and will continue to give them our business. Good service and pleasant staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the easiest sale, bank draft in hand ready to buy a motorcycle without ever seeing it in person. Worst experience every buying anything. I still have not received the entire product! I missed a days work over lies.
Went on the way to pick it up, they could not get the bike ready. When they said it was, I went to meet them and missed half a days work. Again when it was said to be ready and took another half day to meet the delivery guy, he wouldn't release the bike as the sales person told me the wrong amount by $10. After missing a days work and being delayed almost 2 weeks for a bike on the floor, I still have not received the owners manual. I ask almost everyday with no response. They still refuse to send one, delivery guy "forgot" it.
Worst buying experience ever.

New faces behind the parts counter, and at the sales desk.
And a pretty girl in the GM’s chair.
I was a little apprehensive at first, I am an older man, looking for probably my last motorcycle,
from a dealer I have trusted for a long time.
The salesman John, was very patient, and I really felt he was listening to my needs.
Never felt the least bit rushed, or guided into a sale. I also purchased a few extras and saved as well.
Mrinal, the GM, was very nice indeed. I purchased an optional centre stand to install myself and save a few bucks. She had their mechanic do the install for me at no charge.
Browsing for a helmet, a kind soul at the parts counter gave lots of his help and time, trying and fitting, until we both of us were sure of the fit, and features I needed.
A great experience overall, and a free enclosed trailer delivery that was a pleasant surprise , I would and will recommend this business to everyone.
