B	Brianne Yensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called to ask a quick question. Was asked to hold by the receptionist and not even a minute later, she hung up. I had her on speaker and was on a different app so I know it wasn't me. Always had a problem with here.
E	Ellen Croft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs! They don't answer phone. They require cash payment upfront for a 5 min.telephone apt. Dr Maraghi, didn't ask health issue questions. They bungled up my blood work request. I've waited weeks and still nobody knows where anything is. You can't call them and you can't go there unless you have an appointment. So there is no way to explain to them where the mistakes are. Worst doctor ever!

The lady was very rude, when I told her I had drove all over and that they were my last hope she just said "alright alright alright" wow helpful. In response to the response. Still rude staff and if you can't walk in then don't say your a walk-in clinic
M	Melissa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with this clinic on and off for several months since I have an ongoing health issue but don't have nd to sort out some paperwork issues for me. I have nothing but good things to say about Bayview Medical Clinic and would definita family doctor. The doctors (Dr. Tam & Dr. Maraghi) have been more patient, helpful and understanding than almost all of the other doctors I've seen at other clinics or the hospital. I also had a really pleasant experience with the receptionist today, and she went above and beyoely recommend it to friends and family!

Excellent service and explanation of how things can move forward to get medical answers during this time so we will hopefully know what we are dealing with (ultrasounds tests etc). Called family doctor and no appointments til July. Called several other places all reaching a dead end. Thank you Bayview Medical Clinic for providing excellent patient service. Look forward to calling back later today to arrange a meeting with the doctor. Its nice to discuss what options CAN be done instead of discussing what CAN'T be done during this time.

I’ve never been hung up in the years I’ve been going here. They have always helped listened and addressed my medical needs. The get a five star from myself and so many people who haven’t left a review know this place is a great place. Due to Covid they still showed up and did telephone. Dr Maraghi has been a blessing to my family and I!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Why people are turning to ROBOT mode after while and doesn't care what people needs, or use some practical way to solve their small things. We are not object, we are human.. yes, same as you.
S	Sophie Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went to the walk in clinic and the doctor and medical secretary were fantastic! I was worried at first to go to the walk in because of the negative reviews but what I've come to realize is this: most of the negative reviews should be targeted at the healthcare system, not this clinic. Belleville doesn't have enough healthcare staff but a lot of patients needing help. We are so lucky to have an after hours clinic; many people without family doctors rely on them for help. My family doctor is in Toronto and I couldn't drive 2 hours to see him and didn't want to spend a whole day at the hospital so I went to thus walk in after work. Every single person that I saw leaving the doctors office had a smile on their face and seemed satisfied with the service. It was a long wait however at least I saw a skilled, kind doctor and felt confident in my care plan. Thank you Bayview staff for your hard work and dedication to us patients!
