Crew was professional, no yelling across the roof at each other or loud music, decent site clean up after they were finished. Best price I found in Belleville, and I had at least 6 quotes (those were the ones who even bothered responding to me). Would recommend to anyone needing new shingles.

We had the flat roof on our garage replaced by another company who then said we needed to have our eavestroughs and soffits changed as they couldn’t get the same colour to match the rest of the house. After seeing the quality of their work we cancelled our contract with them and contacted Sterling. His team did an excellent job and gave us confidence in trades people again. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and their pleasant attitude - no question is annoying. Thank you Sterling.

From the beginning the service was great - Sterling was quick to come by for a quote, super knowledgeable, professional and helpful and I knew right away I would be hiring them. When I got the quote I was happily surprised to see the rate was less than the other two quotes I received. The crew did a great job, and were efficient and friendly. I had a special request for one of the downspouts that didn't get communicated to the team so Sterling booked them to come back and fix it up ASAP. I've always had a lot of trouble getting a contractor to come back to fix/finish minor parts of the job, but not this time! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, customer service and value for the money. I highly recommend Philips Flawless Roofing.
