P	Pearl Gibb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bubbly ness that was created by the employee the minute we walked in kept my friend and me smiling the whole time we were getting our orders, it was amazing, also my friend brought me in because she enjoyed all the yummy sweets and different colours of ice cream that was offered and I too will bring someone in because I enjoyed it. A	Andrew Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT came again recently later in the day, and noticed the difference, the slab was colder and my ice cream turned out much better, so Ive changed my rating to 4 stars, to leave a bit of room for any improvements I notice coming in the future, but its definitely great ice cream, and staff are friendly. Might have just been the time of day we arrived at, and things just weren't fully cold enough... but my ice cream was already melting on the slab, and started to drip almost immediately as we paid. As soon as we stepped outside my ice cream turned to liquid, running all over my hands and onto the ground. Ice cream tasted really good, and I liked the customization options, and atmosphere. Id just recommend waiting a bit after the store opens in the morning to give time for the slab to get cold enough to keep the ice cream frozen while you add ingredients. Giving 3 stars for now, but I recommend coming here and will try a couple more times and update my review
A	Andrew Dennis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not knowing what Marble Slab Creamery was about but wanting an ice cream, I ordered a small butter pecan in a cup. Was surprised to see him weighing the ice cream. Really? The sizes are that controlled? Didn't get toppings, again, not knowing how it worked and just wanted a "simple" ice cream. Was surprised when server said it was $7.42. For a little more than a scoop of ice cream. Even more surprised to find that, while it was creamy, it was far from the expected flavour of butter pecan. There were not even any pecans in it so how can it be called butter pecan? Only giving two stars....one star for its creaminess and the other because of my own negligence.....I guess I should have looked at the menu (?) beforehand or asked a few questions.

Then, on website advertises lots of flavors of liw fat yogurt but only had 1- vanilla. Girl said that's all they make. When I referred to the website, then she said, we'll I don't know. I guess just here. If I wanted to get frozen vanilla yogurt for 8$ plus tax, I could have bought it for cheaper at the grocery store. Rather disappointing when family wants to go out for ice cream and you can only have frozen yogurt. You need to accommodate for All your customers

They only had one employee working the whole store on a steady Friday afternoon before a June weekend. They have a large display screen that cycles through their offers on the wall. This display said to sign up to the app for 15% off of your first order. I waited a long time while the one employee served the 3 people in front of me so I decided to download the app. Once I did I loaded the offer and presented it at the cash. The employee told me it is a third party app so they can't accept the offer since the code wouldn't work. At the cash there is even a sticker on the counter showing where to scan the app and it still didn't work to make the offer apply. I asked if they could ask their manager to help them and they pulled out a cell phone and called the manager who told them I have to make the actual purchase on the app. This was a really bad experience because of all of the signage present and the employee's lack of training/support to make the customer happy. Also one star because one employee for the volume of people coming through is insufficient.
