J	Jay Prajapati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dinner here last and and it was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and was happy to resolve any concerns we have. Food was utterly delicious and so is ambiance. Will definitely visit the place next time in town.

It was fairly busy so I like to be understanding but honestly was very disappointed. To start our server was not very friendly, okay that’s fine. When he took our orders I was told they didn’t have any Caesar salads (no big deal) but then I proceeded to see Caesar salads being taken to tables literally all night after. We waited a long time for drinks, and felt like we were bothering our server every time we asked. Food was mediocre, dry steak bites and over cooked potato skins. Then at the very end we had a different server come to our table and ask if we needed anything else, whilst trying to decide on a drink we were told “I don’t have time for this” and “ you need to hurry up” we then ordered our drinks, never got them. Then we when we asked about them 15 mins later we were told the bar was now closed. Very disappointed in the attitude of the staff here. Everyone seemed to be miserable.

Honestly, she was the best service we've probably ever had at this location, so kuddos to her ! She was attentive, came back to check on us multiple times and always make sure we were taken care. Food was exceptionally good tonight too. Steaks are always perfect! Happy that they've decided to end the ridiculous QR codes as well. It was a great visit!
A	Audrey Shepherd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated my brother in laws birthday there. I had the ribs and wing combo. The ribs were a little fatty. I told our waitress and she told the manager/owner. He came to our table and was very apologizing. He took my meal off our bill. He stated that he is there to make us happy and that was the least he could do. Everyone else had a great meal. The only other thing that bothered me there was you were charged for condiments. I asked for a side of Mayo and was told there was a 75 cent charge. Weird. All in all, we had a good meal and it was so nice to go out to eat and have a beer.

Only item holding back from 5 stars is number of people indoor dining with little regard for covid protocols. Makes me nervous when going to pick up my meal.

I am upset that the Cowboy Steak is off the menu, I know I can get mushrooms and BBQ added, but not the same. Bring back the Cowboy Steak. BBQ sauce is not the same, but Chuck's Steak Sauce is very good. Thank you for a great evening.
