J	Joseph Tole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a typical Shoeless Joe's franchise but with one exception. The manager, who may have been the owner, was dressed to the 9's in a premium suit. While he looked sharp, he could not have looked more out of place for a sports bar. He was dressed far too business formal for the atmosphere. I think that he should have dressed it down far more business casual or just more casual. He looked so out-of-place in his attire for the atmosphere that he was the manager for.

I have been here three times (others choice) and the soap dispenser in the washroom has consistently been out, same as per the hand sanitizer. Avoid the old fashioned and the mojito. Food overpriced for the quality, but traditional chain restaurant style.

A	Austin Campagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool looking bar with many TVs, interesting decorations, and tons of sports stuff. This would likely be a good place to watch football or hockey games. The food tasted pretty good, although it was quite expensive for the small quantity received. If it weren't for the terrible service, I would have actually recommended this place. It is unfortunate, but the service was just so bloody awful. The staff were extremely unprofessional, did not check up throughout the meal, and stayed in one area chatting with their friends (who I assume are just the regulars). Don't go to this place if you expect good service. If you do go, expect to possibly be served by the unprofessional staff I had to deal with, who will not check up on you, will engage in extremely unprofessional discussion with their friends, and certainly expect to be the one seeking the staff if you need anything.
L	Lyndsay Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Alex and his wife Nancy are super nice and always so warm and welcoming! Just like they would invite you into their own home! I always have a great time when I go. The staff is so pleasant and friendly! They even have a DJ or karaoke some nights, Jordan does such an great job and has everyone moving or singing along! Highly recommended for any occasion! Cheers!

I was pleased to be able to eat a delicious launch, consisting of mostly vegetables. It was easy to choose a good option. I encourage shoeless Joe's to continue to expand their menu, to include more delicious plant-based options.
