★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this tremendous car rental service. TJ and Chris are extremely professional and truly care about making sure your experience is perfect. I have used this specific agency in Belleville approximately 20 times this past year and can safely state that every single time, they have been superb. A clean car with a full tank of gas has been ready and waiting for me and they folks are always courteous and friendly. Great rates and large variety of different car models to choose from and a convenient location, just seconds off the Highway.
Thanks TJ for operating a wonderful business- you guys are AWESOME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TJ has been amazing. We were in a terrible car accident on the 401 outside of Bellville and ended up here. TJ waited for us and stayed after hours to ensure we are looked after, and went above and beyond to sort things with my insurance adjuster on the spot. I can tell you that as far as car rentals go, this is the best customer service I've received. The car he gave us was an upgrade, comfortable enough to get us back to Toronto safely after this terrible experience. I'm thankful people like this exist in the world when you need a helping hand the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently picked up a rental from Ottawa and drove to Belleville only then to notice the tires were completely bald and I should not have been provided that car to drive.
I went into the Belleville location to resolve this issue and TJ (The Agency Operator) was absolutely outstanding. He immediately apologized and noted how unsafe it could have been. He offered me an upgraded model and full tank of gas for no charge.
TJ is great and an asset to the Avis brand.
Will be recommending this branch to all our contacts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don't drive but my S/O does and he rents cars on the regular to go to Ottawa and he'll ONLY rent from here! The staff is kinda hit and miss bit TJ any and every time is the best and hooks him up with great deals. I don't know it he's the owner or not but he knows his stuff and does you right quickly. You're in and out with a few minutes. A few times we've gone in when the woman has been working and she's kinda.. takes forever type thing lol. But overall for the prices, car selection and service you can go wrong here. Especially since you can get Air Miles too ?
