Only concern is the vast differences in rental prices for the exact same vehicle, two different people, 1 paying 2x what the person with a shorter rental period is charged.

I had a ride setup with Uride to come get my girlfriend and I at 4:15pm to come take us to Belleville Hyundai to pickup a new vehicle. This ride never appeared. Evan, an young employee at Enterprise, offered to drive us to Belleville Hyundai. I can't thank Evan enough for this amazing customer service experience. Many places could use their own 'Evan'. We really appreciated this kind gesture and really value the customer service we received at Enterprise car rental. Thanks Evan!!!

I reserved a SUV almost a month in advance as I was moving cities and had a ton of stuff but these people casually told me there's no SUV. It was like something I have seen on an episode of Seinfeld. Worse is that the person in Belleville that gave the car lied to my face saying they will waive $70 fee for returning car in Hamilton but I was still charged.
K	Kim Belanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance told me I could get a comparable vehicle. my own vehicle was a 4x4 truck but I ended up in a tiny car. I was talked into extra insurance and told I could "call to cancel anytime", which was a LIE. It's now cost me over $300 and they won't let me out of it, telling me I have to talk to my insurance first and then waste my time driving to another city (I work, hense the rental!) for them to do a walk-around of the vehicle. I was also asked questions which felt more like a police enquiry.. WHY do I want to cancel?? it was a bonus they said I could opt out of!!! Not that I should have to explain myself.? I do NOT recommend.

Called in and Austin stuck around an extra half an hour to make sure I got my vehicle. Ensured I had the coverage I needed to make my trip worry free. Very helpful staff, clean nice car, and easy pick up / drop off!

I had my rental over a month and truly enjoyed driving it. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. Dropped her off this morning and they even called to ensure we had a good experience! You cannot beat customer service like that especially when you need it! Enterprise Belleville rental service is something I would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys!
