I went in looking for a very deprecated piece of audio equipment as the speakers I'm using have special meaning to me. The gentleman I spoke with took a look at what I was looking for and asked for a few minutes. He came back and gave me what I needed. He had suggested whatever change I might have and then I looked at him and we both laughed and he said to just take them. He then asked more about the speakers and their meaning to me, he was interested in the family story, and found it just as interesting that I managed to get a Google Chrome Cast Audio hooked into them and working. We then began to discuss how the speakers could be upgraded internally but the shell kept in tact. Made a tentative date for the new year to look at them! I look forward to doing more business with Red Ball Radio!

Eric, those Morel speakers are absolutely incredible. I've never run a flat EQ before. No bass boost. No loudness. Just straight out. B.e.a.utiful. Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate you taking such great care of me. That was fun! Once I get this upgrade paid for, I'm coming back for more watts and a sub. Not that I need it. Just because I can.

The installation was perfect and they offered advice on how to address my subpar existing speakers. Ended up with a package that fit my expectations to a Tee. Seamless installation of new deck and speakers and now I can enjoy my music while driving on a summers day with windows open...exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Red Ball Radio!

Service is always friendly and professional. With the newest install, the cable management and dash kit both look very professional. I both appreciate and trust their recommendations as they have been able to save me money while still recommending products with all the features I wanted.
