I was told that the wait time for a taxi was an hour to an hour and a half. I might expect that in the middle of the night but this was noon on a Friday. I will never use this company again.
T	Tomb Darkmoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incompetent admin, feel sorry for the drivers who are led by this obviously shoddy service. Said it would be an hour, two went by without a phone call. I called them back and the dispatcher was mad at me for wondering where a cab was. My father had to walk home without the groceries I bought him. Worst cab company ever and I’ve seen some poor ones. At least they tracked their customers.
R	Renata Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in the morning requesting to prebook a taxi for the evening. They said sure no problem. I specified the time and then Reconfirmed it. I asked the person on the phone to please note it was for a class I couldn’t be late to. He said sure I’ll write a note. The specified time of 615 rolls around and nothing. I get a call from them at 620 stating that “oh we have a cab for you but it’s running late. I told the lady on the phone that I needed it when I asked for and had to find alternate arrangements. She then proceeded to just hang up on me. Zero customer service and obviously zero service.
S	Sheryl Coats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a job at this company worked 3 part-time days and not paid for it. Not even a phone call to let me know what was going on. That was mid December here it's the end of January and still nothing. Employment board will be looking in to this business and their practices you are not allowed to have people work and not pay them.
D	Dawn ODell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the taxi from work to home. The drive took the long way to my home causing us to back track on my dime. When I told her she didn't really care. When we got to my destination the drive took my 10.00 for a 8.00 ride claimed she had no change so I had to pay her 10.00 for that 8.00 ride. While we were driving in a 60mph area she drove 37 to 41 mph the whole way. With Body in front of us. As well the drivers 9 times out of 10 won't wear a mask. I called to complain and was told the owner would call me back, which as you can guess never happened.
D	Dana Godfrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well.. I ordered a cab home from work one day.. took about 45 minutes which wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t in a rush. Driver was okay at the beginning and asked on the way if he should pull in the driveway or stay on the side as where I live there’s 4 lanes.. I said pull in so it’s easier on THE DRIVER. When we got there, pulled in the wrong driveway.. asked why he had to go in the driveway when he requested it would be easier as well. Gave them a second chance the next morning for work. Driver was great but they said 10-15 min wait and I waited again for 40-45 mins

The driver was fantastic, he drove to my home to pick up my coat and bring it to me. Dispatch even called me while he was in transit so that I had sufficient time to get from my room to the door. The driver was very pleasant, nice and professional. I do recommend this company.
