A	Andrew Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a cab yestueday waited 45 minutes so went on the app to track where the cab was and it said it arrived and I never got picked up but seen a cab drive by and as soon as I seen it drive by I looked on the app when it said arrived so I missed the train and had to stay another night at hotel
K	Kristy Walmsley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This taxi service is horrible. I shouldn't have to tell the driver 3 times he's going the wrong way. The wait times are also way too long. They really need to consider ways to improve their service.
C	C Hofstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this cab 3 times. the first time was great service the second time for a time called booking for 8 am the cab showed up at my house at 835 am for an appointment that was a 20 min drive away with the appt time being 845, the 3rd time was today also for a pre arranged cab with a time call no texts that the cab was on its way i called in 10 mins before schedule time to find out it was 2 mins away, then on the return cab home the driver started to back out of the parking space before myself, my granddaughter and 3 passenger were buckeled in even with being told we didnt have seatbelts on, the cab driver was also driving so fast that a speed monitor couldnt detect the speed but came back with a reading of "to fast". The 3rd passenger left his phone in the cab i called as the driver was pulling away i explained the situation they put me on hold for 10 mins then refuse to send the driver back so we can collect the phone and they keep giving the run around when we call. Worst cab company ever!!!!!
M	Makaya Moreau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They brought my partner all the way to the hospital in Trenton to see me and when my partner was told they couldn't come in to see me, the cab let us both go home for half the fare and was very considerate of our situation as well as a great conversationalist! I recommend this company to anyone!
D	Dan Zadworny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi service. Took my daughter (16 years old. ) completely out of the way. Missed 2 other optional turn offs and would not communicate. She actually called 911 thinking she was being kidnapped. Called to bring it to their attention after she told me. Super unprofessional to deal with. Complete disgrace of a company. I would advise never using this company.
D	Donna Hindle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly punctuality. Called at 615am and requested a cab for 730am for my 8am shift. Was told that was no problem and I would be picked up at that time. 740am rolls around and no cab, I call and Tiffany tells me wait times are over an hour and calling early never guarantees a cab for that requested time. I try working for solutions and get hung up on, then when I finally get through to her again she transfers me to a voicemail. Terrible service, I get work and they called me at 845am telling me my cabs waiting. Don’t recommend if your destination requires you to be on time.

Dispatch isn't local, so they have no idea how to make their bookings so that you don't end up waiting for a can that never shows. My cab was "en route" for well over an hour before another taxi service finally came, picked me up, and brought me to work. I was already there and working before my cab showed up.

My 10 minutes wait turned out to be an hour The cab was q very dirty and unsightly. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience .Hope I will never hv to use them again.
