E	Emily Honish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver was polite, efficient and quick. I rely on grey cab for all my last minute rides. They’re the most dependable I’ve found. Called Checker cab for a ride never came. I waited half an hour for the ride with no notifications or anything about the whereabouts of the cab. Called grey cab after and they were there in 10 minute if that.
P	Plum Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever was working this morning Nov. 9, 2020, bet 5am to 7am, lied to me. I called the cab 3 times. Woke up early bec i knew the storm would cause delays. Anyway, 5.30am I was ready for work. i called the operator said it was going to be 25 mins waiting time. I said that's fine. 6.15am i phoned again, he said , sorry another 25 mins. Yup I understand I said. But never heard back from him again. No cab arrived either. I WAITED FOR HOURS. I work in health care and i could have looked for alternative ways ahead of time instead of making me wait. Why so unprofessional? My co-worker who called later around 6am got her cab and i did not get mine. My point is atleast give your customer a call that the cab was not gonna arrive. I phoned again just now, 2.15pm Nov 9th. And the operator did not even say sorry for not calling back, and lastly, he did hang up on me. Very professional- NOT.
H	Harvie Birdman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a cab for a friend. Cab arrived, told me he was at my friend's address. Told him to wait for friend. Friend tells me cab driver isn't there. Call cab driver back; Instead of waiting he cancelled. Was very disappointed at the unprofessional conduct to a customers request, most likely will not call Grey Cab in the future. I hope Grey Cab improves! They need to!

K	Kate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON"T USE THIS COMPANY Called the night before to book a cab, confirmed. Called 30 min prior to pick up to confirm. Called 5 min after cab was expected, company stated it'll be another 5 min. Another 10 min went by STILL NO CAB.

C	C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place made me late for work. I called an hour ahead, and they said they'd come pick me up. I wait another 10 minutes, no one's there. I call back, and I'm told the driver chose to pick up someone else, but I can wait 25 minutes for someone to get me. Also extremely dangerous to ride with Grey Cab if you are alone and/or indigenous. Too many friends have almost gotten kidnapped by these people.
r	rabii mid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy with the cab number 9 that I used at the night of April 15th- he took a long way to take me home- I was charged 3 dollars extra- I feel I was cheated- it was not smart of him to have done that-I will avoid this cab number in the future.
