★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to return an axle I purchased from them. I did not have my invoice for it I didn’t realize I needed it as I thought they entered my information in when I bought it. They asked me for all my info. One of the people there was very abrupt and said “no return without the receipt”. Which is fine whatever but then made it sound like I was trying to scam them or something. I never felt more embarrassed in my life. I showed them the payment information from my bank for the day I was there. I didn’t expect to be shamed for losing the receipt and made to look like I was a scam artist. Loudly saying in front of everyone that Sutherlands sells the same parts and implied I bought it from them. Now I’m stuck with an axle that apparently wasn’t even correct to begin with according to the other person. Maybe they are good to have items in stock but I think that’s where the buck stops from my experience. I’ll never go back or recommend to anyone.
