The Red Seal Program is a Government of Canada administered program that represents industry's recognition of an inter-provincial&standard of excellence for the skilled trades. It sets out the Criteria of training , practices, safety and testing that must be followed to be endorsed Inter-provincially. It is a voluntary program and those participating demonstrate the commitment to excellence by applying and successfully completing its requirements.
The program is administered nationally by theHuman Resources and Skills Development Canada and provincially through the Apprenticeship & Trade Certification Commission

The young fella that came out didn't know how to do the wiring. I felt the entire thing was a farce then he charged me 150$.
I complained and asked for a rebate.
I will NEVER use them again!
There was no electrical problem it just needed to be wired correctly and your guy didn't know what he was doing.
I was only refunded 50 $

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would completely recommend there guys to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable and decent priced furnace repairs. My house has radiators with a hot water furnace/boiler. Although this was fitted new in Dec ‘14 it has already had a few issues. The current problem was it would run once then default into a semi shutout setting. I has been a constant hassle for a number of months now and after calling around a lot of the local companies didn’t want to look at it or gave me “the old how much do you want to spend. Oh it sounds like the mother board etc etc”
Instantly having phoned Sheldon I could gather the guy knew the model, had sound knowledge of its set up and operation. I phoned him yesterday mid morning and he had Patrick the technician with my by 13:00. Patrick was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He had it fixed with a couple of hours. Totally recommend this company, for the first time this winter I can relax in the knowledgeable my heating won’t go off when I’m asleep, away or working. Well done guys and Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Week ago we have man from Super Service Plumbing $ Heating checking our malfunctioning Carrier furnace. He identified the problem quick and have had spare parts on hand. In my opinion he was knowledgeable on what he was doing. Also he point to me some other items on our furnace that may fail in future. I appreciate the heads-up from him. I writing the review 1 weeks after the repair to make sure that the furnace works as supposed too, which is now. Thank you.

They arrived in a timely manner. Was very happy with this company. Will never get any other company after this service. Highly recommend.
