★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly and quick!!! They suggested some menu items and substitutions they hadn’t occurred to us and really made our experience better. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked and it was really a very pleasant visit. I would definitely recommend this muchoburrito. I was also very impressed with a plant based option featured on the menu including vegan cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here is good for the most part (haven't had anything yet that was bad or that I didnt like) and the service was really good. Downside is the pricing is rather expensive compared to othee areas nearby (my regular burrito, snack size nachos and a small bowl of soup was $25 with a drink.) Will probably eat here again in the future, but I dont know if I would recommend them... its still pricier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I went to Mucho Burrito for lunch to go. The price was right and the Burrito was delicious, nicely prepared and held together wonderfully while we ate it in my car. I highly recommend this location for lunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small portion sizes here in comparison to other locations, staff isnt very friendly. Asked for pork and they put steak on, and couldn't take it off, so I ended up paying for steak when I wanted pork. Loved going here last summer, after reading the reviews, must be new owners. Replies to my review but ignores the response they requested. Zero customer service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate one of the signature menu, root beer beef barbacoa + guacamole in a bowl. That was amazing. The server was always kindly, the music helped me enjoy this meal. 100% visit again soon. Hopefully, open this restaurant in Korea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a terrible experience. They were so sparse on the ingredients. I would say they are giving %30 less than other chains in the franchise. And the meat was cold. Extremely cheap, cheap cheap. Avoid, don't get off the highway to come here.
