My main concern is why the cashier can't understand what I'm asking. I asked a simple question of what sizes of drinks I can get with the receipt coupon. She didn't understand it and told me I can only get small popcorn chicken or cheese cake. I clarified myself multiple times if any sizes of drinks is fine. She still didn't understand and the manger came over and said something in Indian and he took my order. No apology, no explanation to the cashier what I asked. I understand English isn't their first language, but they should at least know what I'm asking in a fast food restaurant. I also saw a large metal part fall infront of a person and behind someone else and no one picked it up. It's a hazard.

Worst staffs u can ever see. They know only to talk to each other. How not to behave to customers? This is the store which is prime example for it. I want to see the HR of this company to appoint those dumpy s**t ppl as supervisor. Totally worst worst worst store and staffs.

Sure would have liked the poutine I ordered instead of the normal fries I got. Also would have liked the dipping sauces I ordered instead of zero I got. Also would have liked the popcorn chicken I ordered. Instead of seeing the order come.up a box meals, maybe, just maybe you should read what the customer selected for options. Crazy idea I know.

Very bad and slow service .I ordered online with a pick up time but when I reached 10 mins later than the pick up time they have not even started making it. When I spoke to manager about the delay she said they make food fresh , then later said they were busy and finally said the order never came in - all these were the excuses the manager gave for not having the food ready. But when I reached there 4-5 staff were just standing there and chatting doing nothing .And the order was already in the system because as soon as I told my name they started preparing the order . How is that possible if the order is not in the system . The manager Randeep was arguing justifying her action of not having the food ready .Not even a single word of apology . And told me to complain online if I have a problem. And the worst part is the order was made wrong . Why does KFC even hire people like this . Better fire them and get good staff. I did raise a ticket for this issue with KFC.

I called in my order and had it picked up for me. It was good and going to order the same deal again soon.

Myself and 3 other people waited in the line for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone that worked there. The cashier was in the kitchen cooking. The man ahead of me in line spoke up and asked if they knew there was a line up out front. They said they were doing Skip the Dishes orders. After a couple more minutes, the man ahead of me was served. Then the cashier disappeared back into the kitchen. The rest of us in line were ignored. I ended up going to another restaurant in the food court. As I passed KFC on my way out, the same thing was still going on.. a line of people were being ignored... And people were leaving and going elsewhere. This isn't the first time that this has happened to me. They need to hire more staff or process a mix of in person and Skip orders. TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS LACK OF SERVICE. I will not be returning!!

Took over 10 minutes to place my order and no other customer's were there. I had to yell at someone in the back to let them know I was there waiting. They had issues putting through my coupon and then when I got my order the chicken was NOT fresh, it was old, dry, burnt, tough and just plain gross. Even the bones on the inside were black. I tried a couple pieces and a few hours later I didn't feel well. Two weeks previously I had gone there and I received the same dried out chicken that time too, though it wasn't as bad. This is not a one time mess up. They are serving customers food that should be thrown out, or made fresh as you order it. There were no other customers when I went there yesterday. The food they are giving customers is dangerous and unfit for consumption. Don't go there.

The poutine is great because the gravy is so good. That's the best thing about the meals we got today. They were out of lettuce which isn't a huge deal but the fountain drink dispenser was apparently broken so I had to pay more for a bottle drink. I waited in drive thru for about 10 minutes to order even though there was only one person in front of me (also waiting for someone to take their order). If I wasn't stuck there I would have left. My "famous chicken burger" was an effing chicken finger! I was pretty irritated but i didnt aee it until too late.To top it off I had to go inside after (finally) getting my order to get utensils because we were apparently going to eat our poutine with our hands?!
